The Thailand Criminal Complaint was Launched against a US citizen former employee of the Company that has signed two (2) contracts with PGS Exploration (UK) Limited which both contain Confidentiality Clauses which prohibits the publication of content that disparages any PGS related company or any stakeholders. The original employment contract and the subsequent termination settlement contract are both governed by the law of England which protects qualified disclosure or whistleblowing through the Public Interest Disclosure Act (PIDA).
