PGS Tier 2 Sponsorship
On 13 June 2013 there was a very disturbing meeting that the subject was called to attend with no warning. After the meeting – Ambush Meeting – Minutes from the meeting were requested along with how the meeting conformed to PGS policy and stated that I wanted to formally respond to the meeting through a grievance. The subject was denied these requests. The subject needed something in writing and the 24 July 2013 letter – Ambush Letter – was delivered. The response was the formal grievance delivered 20 September 2013. On 15 July 2013 – 9 days before – the subjects services was stated to be required on the official application the UK Border – Immigration to renew the Tier 2 visa! Did PGS provide a misrepresentation to the UK government?
